To gain full access to your contest account and enable withdrawals, account verification is required for security and regulatory compliance. This process involves verifying both your identity and address. Please note that after verification, certain account details, such as your email, full name, gender, date of birth, country, and address, cannot be changed.
To verify your account, follow these steps:
Gather the necessary documents:
Identity proof: A valid passport, driver’s license, residency card, or any government-issued ID.
Proof of address: A recent utility bill (phone, water, or internet) or a bank statement showing your full name and address, dated within the last three months.
Once you have the documents ready, go to your Dashboard > Settings > Account Approval to upload them.
After your account is verified, you’ll gain full access to all features, including the ability to withdraw funds securely.
